Our Food!

• We are passionate about food. Our food incorporate the finest ingredients, sourced locally, which are then freshly cooked for you, exactly how you like it. Our aim is to use organic, free-range and Fair-trade products wherever possible.
  
  At the Hilltop Hotel, we serve traditional cuisine in a traditional way. All the traditional foods are made from apricot oil and local ingredients. Traditional Music is also a part of the traditional style. You can watch the local dancers dancing and also join if you are willing.
  
  At the Hilltop Hotel, we use seasonal, fresh, local and where possible, organic ingredients to create our menu. Our food is made fresh on the premises with no need for any processed foods. All our produce and meats are sourced locally from Local butchery.
